When will my item(s) ship?Items usually ship within one (1) week of cleared payment. If there is going to be a delay I will get in touch with you to let you know.
How are my item(s) shipped?
Items are shipped via USPS First Class Domestic/International. Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging to ensure your item(s) arrive safely.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I love to ship internationally and will ship anywhere in the world.
What about customs fees?
I am not responsible for any customs charges that may occur for any reason. Returns will also not be accepted due to customs fees.
What if my package is lost?
If a package goes missing I will replace the item(s). If an item(s) cannot be replaced I will issue a full refund.
Please note: Tracking is provided on all domestic packages. Tracking is not provided on international packages so you need to contact me if a package does not arrive. International packages will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipping.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?Yes, however, your item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the received date. Item(s) must also be in original condition.
Who is responsible for shipping if I return/exchange an item?
You will be responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs (to you) will be subtracted from your refund amount.
